Physician sign up?
Signing up is very simple and will take just a moment.
When you sign up you will create an IDENTIFICATION NAME and a PASSWORD.
With these two items, you can then login to the physician specific portion of our web site.
This will give you access to the following special features:
Access to view the status of your patients in completion of the application process on the
road to surgery (when activated).
Access to view laboratory values for your patients (when activated).
Access to view clinic notes and operative reports for your patients (when activated).
