A temporary PREVIEW parking permit will be issued for PREVIEW participants only. It will be valid for parking in the Ted Constant Convocation Center (TCCC) Garage on West 43rd Street, the Special Events Parking Garage B on West 43rd Street, and Parking Lot #16 next to Rogers Hall on 48th Street, depending on the PREVIEW date.
No PREVIEW parking permit will be valid at metered parking, handicapped parking, or faculty parking lots or on city streets. Further details will provided in your PREVIEW Confirmation Packet.

Parking for Orientation/PREVIEW:
The parking location will be determined by the PREVIEW date you select.
TED CONSTANT CONVOCATION CENTER GARAGE:
If you’re coming from the South (Downtown Norfolk on Hampton Boulevard), turn right onto 43rd Street and enter the Ted Constant Convocation Center Garage on your right. If you’re coming from the North (Naval Base/Hampton VA on Hampton Boulevard), turn left onto 43rd Street and enter the Ted Constant Convocation Center Garage on your right.
SPECIAL EVENTS PARKING GARAGE B:
If you’re coming from the South (Downtown Norfolk on Hampton Boulevard), turn left onto 43rd Street. Special Events Parking Garage B is located on the corner of 43rd Street and Elkhorn Avenue.
If you’re coming from the North (Naval Base/Hampton VA on Hampton Boulevard), turn right onto 43rd Street. Special Events Parking Garage B is located on the corner of 43rd Street and Elkhorn Avenue.
Lot #16:
Lot #16, next to Rogers Hall (residence hall) is located on 48th Street, west side of Hampton Boulevard, for students who need early arrival accommodations only. See campus map. Early arrival accommodations must be requested in advance and are not available for the April PREVIEW.
Be sure to keep this temporary PREVIEW parking permit in the front window of your vehicle before and during your orientation date. This temporary parking permit is only valid during the PREVIEW dates listed, and is not valid at meters, handicapped or faculty lots or on city streets.
